If the concrete is still solid and the problem is empty space underneath, it can usually be lifted back toward level. Replacement is only needed when the slab itself is too cracked or crumbling to hold.
Will the crack come back after you repair it?
Sealing a crack helps reduce water intrusion and reduces the risk of it spreading. If the underlying cause is soil movement or drainage, we address that too — otherwise the same forces can open a new crack over time.
How long does pool deck repair take?
Most decks are done in a single day. Larger decks or multiple settled sections can run into a second day. Lifted slabs are typically usable again shortly after the work.
